La Culinaria
Seasonal Cooking and Wine Holidays for
the Culinarily Adventurous. Now in the French Alps!

Winter in the French Alps is a magical time. Whether you
are a fanatical skier or someone who just likes to curl up with a good book, you cannot help but be stirred by the majestic
beauty of the craggy mountains, the sparkle of the snow in the sunlight and the cosy warmth of the open log fire as you relax
in the deep piles of cushions with an aperitif and a canapé before dinner.
Whether you wish to ski from first lifts until the sky darkens,
take a few days' break from skiing, or whether you prefer to stay in the chalet, learning to cook the sumptuous meals that
you will eat every day, La Culinaria combines skiing and gourmet cuisine magnificently. Angeline is available all day
to teach you the subtleties of French cooking, and the rest of the team are on hand to help ski guide, choose ski instructors,
buy lift passes, hire skis and arrange picnics on the piste in the sunshine.
